Yes! We partner with trusted vendors and suppliers. All groceries, vegetables, and fruits are sourced fresh. Medicines are authentic and come with proper packaging. Fashion and cosmetics are curated with quality checks.

Deliveries are made 7 days a week, typically between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM.

Yes, a minimum order of ₹199 is required for free local delivery. For orders below this, a small delivery fee may apply.

Yes, we allow:

• Return of perishable items within 24 hours of delivery (if damaged/spoiled).

• Exchange of fashion or cosmetics within 3 days if unused and unopened.

• Refunds are processed based on the nature of the issue.
